The Useful Knowledge Co. offers printed and digital reference guides. Delivery depends on the format purchased.
Printed Guides
We currently ship printed guides within the United States only.
In-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Preorders or products with different processing times will have their expected shipping timeframe stated on the product page.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Delivery estimates depend on your location and selected shipping method and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email junobeachfamily@yahoo.com as soon as possible.
We can update addresses before shipment. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or another resolution. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos if possible.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer rights.
Digital Guides
Digital guides are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical product is mailed unless your purchase expressly includes a printed guide.
After payment is confirmed, your download link or access instructions will be provided through the delivery method stated on the product page.
Please enter an accurate email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download instructions, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us for assistance.
Digital purchases have no shipping charges.
Orders Containing Both Formats
If your order includes printed and digital guides, each format is delivered separately. Your digital guide may be available before your printed guide arrives.
Returns and Cancellations
Printed orders can be canceled before shipment. Digital orders cannot be canceled once the download link or file has been delivered, except as provided in our Refund & Return Policy or required by applicable law.
