Refund & Return Policy

The Useful Knowledge Co. offers printed and digital reference guides. Return and refund terms depend on the format purchased.

Printed Guides

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your printed guide.

To qualify, the guide must be unused and in its original condition, without writing, marks, tears, or other damage. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Contact us at junobeachfamily@yahoo.com before sending a return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Digital Guides

Because digital guides can be downloaded and retained, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the download link or file has been delivered.

If you receive the wrong file, a defective file, or cannot access your download, contact us. We will help restore access or provide a corrected file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Please review the product description and format before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect printed guides upon delivery and contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping cost for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

The unused-condition requirement for change-of-mind returns does not exclude claims involving defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Cancellations

For printed orders, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the download link or file has been delivered, except as described above or required by applicable law.

If shipment is delayed, we will provide any cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

Exchanges

For an unused printed guide, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping and shipping for the replacement guide are your responsibility unless we supplied a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Digital guides are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to products that are defective, not as described, not delivered, or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
